Hi, I'm Dr. Marlene Merritt, and today I'm going to "name names" and expose the 4 Worst Blood Pressure Drugs on the market...
Worst Drug # 1: Lisinopril
Lisinopril lodged 406,180 complaints to the FDA in under 10 years because of side effects like nausea, vomiting, kidney failure, and even heart attacks - the very thing the drug is supposed to prevent.
And many people report coughing fits that even wake them up in the middle of the night. (Up to 1 in 3 Lisinopril users report this persistent coughing.) For some, the coughing is so severe it causes vomiting and dizziness (one elderly patient even broke her ribs after a severe cough attack!) Even more worrisome, the cough can stick around for months even after Lisinopril has been stopped.
Worst Drug # 2: Metoprolol Succinate, sold as "Toprol XL"
The U.S Government is finally cracking down on this mostly foreign-made drug. Over 3,425 "adverse incident reports" citing ineffectiveness and troubling side effects have triggered an FDA investigation into the overseas manufacturers of this drug, which supply 90% of Metoprolol prescriptions. (These foreign factories are plagued with lax oversight and unsanitary working conditions.)
Worst Drug # 3: Amlodipine, sold as "Norvasc"
Amlodipine is notorious for causing side effects like headache, hair loss, and diarrhea. It can also infect your peace of mind by triggering depression, panic attacks, and suicidal thoughts.
By far the most common side effect is painful swelling in the ankles and wrists, bad enough to leave you bed-ridden. (Amlodipine can cause blood to leak into healthy tissue, causing it to swell up.) One sufferer said it was like "walking on balloons" which made it "unbearable to walk."
Worst Drug # 4: Chlorothiazide, sold as "Diuril"
Diuril, like any diuretic or so-called "water pill", increases your risk of painful muscle cramping, paralysis, seizure, and even slipping into a coma because it flushes out vital nutrients that your body needs to keep working properly. (Nutrients like electrolytes, which your body uses to keep your heart rhythm normal and your muscles working.)
Other troubling side effects include dizziness, spinning sensation, lightheadedness, headache, blurred vision, loss of appetite, stomach upset, stomach cramps, diarrhea, constipation, loss of interest in sex, or increased sensitivity to the sun.
Should You Toss Your Drugs In The Trash?
I can understand if you’re spitting mad right now, and you want to dump your drugs in the garbage. I don’t blame you!
But as bad as these drugs are, it’s vital you get your blood pressure under control, because high blood pressure really is the “silent killer.” It’s like a ticking time bomb that could explode any moment.
So what’s the answer? Take the drugs and suffer in silence? Or throw the dice and live in dread, fearing that a stroke or heart attack is just around the corner?
I say neither. You have a third option.
In this short video I’ll show you an all-natural solution that doesn’t rely on a single prescription. You’ll discover how to lower your blood pressure without drugs and without tasteless diets.
